Home Builder Digest recently published an article, featuring BOLD Construction and other local home builders and architects, to help buyers better understand and navigate the ever-changing costs to build a home. Check out what our very own Visionary, Chris Ehrenfeld, has to say about current pricing and costs of building a custom home in the Triangle area.
The article states, “Chris Ehrenfeld, owner, and visionary of luxury home building firm BOLD Construction expressed that the surge in construction material costs is greatly felt in North Carolina compared to the national level. Chris also stated that although the price increase in lumber is often heard in the news, it is a commodity that fluctuates daily. BOLD Construction offers a turnkey custom home building package to our clients. This means that our fixed-price quote includes everything from land preparation, clearing, grading, sewer/septic, driveway, and landscaping, all the way to the exceptional building experience we ensure each client has throughout the building process.
