Bold Construction was recently named Mid-Size Business of the Year by the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Chamber at the 2019 Business Excellence Awards.
Bold was selected by the Chamber’s Awards Selection Committee, made up of local business and community leaders from diverse industries with a demonstrated commitment to the local community. The Committee, chaired by Camille Berry of the Community Home Trust, reviewed more than 60 pages of comprehensive nominations from 80 nominees, selected three consensus Finalists in each category, and then voted by secret ballot on the winners.
The 2019 Business of the Year Awards were presented to outstanding Chamber members that have shown growth, innovation of product, exemplary customer service, response to adversity, and contribution to the community. This year’s mid-size category, presented to a Chamber member with 6 to 50 employees, was sponsored by 2018 winner, Fitch Lumber & Hardware.
“As one of the premier custom builders in the Triangle, Bold Construction is passionate about each project and is innovative in their approach to client interactions and workplace environment. The team takes pride in their work and in being active investors and participants in the community,” said David Fitch, Co-owner and President of Fitch Lumber & Hardware.
