Chapel Hill Additoin

This Chapel Hill project was designed to add usable space and make the home feel more connected to the backyard. We built a new addition that brings in natural light and creates a flexible retreat for everyday living, with easy access outdoors for quiet mornings and casual entertaining.

Outside, the expanded deck adds a generous, low-maintenance surface with clean rail detailing that keeps the focus on the view. Inside, we layered in focused renovations that elevated the way the home functions day to day, including a refreshed bathroom with a bright, spa-inspired shower, large-format stone-look tile, and crisp white cabinetry paired with a timeless countertop.

The result is a thoughtful scope of work that feels cohesive, calm, and intentional. More space where it mattered most, with finishes that will hold up beautifully over time.
