This passion took a major leap when he joined forces with his childhood friend, Chris Ehrenfeld, to start BOLD Construction in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Today, BOLD Construction specializes in high-end, custom homes, with an average project size exceeding $2 million. Giving Back Through the Bold Foundation
While BOLD Construction builds homes for clients, Jason and his team also dedicate significant time to building up the community. The BOLD Foundation, a nonprofit co-founded by Jason and Chris, focuses on helping underserved children in Chapel Hill and Chatham County. From providing school supplies to organizing the annual Christmas Cheer event, the foundation strives to give children the resources they need to succeed.
Jason’s commitment to community involvement doesn’t stop there. BOLD Construction regularly participates in volunteer projects, including working with organizations like Habitat for Humanity and the Ronald McDonald House. Jason also maintains his personal well-being through daily routines, including early morning workouts with F3, a men’s leadership and fitness group. For him, staying physically active and mentally sharp is essential to managing both his business and family life.
