Leah and Jack Chen decided to build their forever home in the serene Stonecrest neighborhood in northern Pittsboro after years spent in bustling urban landscapes. Their desire for a more natural setting led them to this tranquil location, especially important after spending more time at home during the pandemic.

Their previous home in Cary was beautiful but lacked the space and peace they craved. By 2020, the Chens were ready to move away from the constant hum of suburban life. They found a sprawling 5-acre lot and collaborated with Paces and Roehm Architecture and BOLD Construction to design and build their dream home. The couple had a clear vision and worked closely with architect Abbie Lee Roehm to execute it, ensuring every detail was perfect.
