We did it! BOLD Construction is honored and thrilled to announce our GOLD award for the Triangle area 2022 Parade of Homes! We entered this Architectural Beauty for the Sold and Occupied category over $2.7M, and much to our delight, we won!

This uniquely designed custom home was built into a natural (slopeside) landscape and includes a creative blend of private spaces for a large family. There are 7 separate bedroom suites and 2 levels of public entertainment spaces to give both a homey feel and an elegant presentation. The exterior has 4 different veneer textures and colors, and the interior has authentic designer-level finishes.
A huge thank you to our team and trade partners for working with us to make this home come to life. We are always fearless in our pursuit of doing hard things, and this home was no exception. We are proud and humbled and cannot wait to see which home(s) take the GOLD home next year!
